Connecting streaming profiles
Claim Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists.
Claiming your store profiles is separate from distribution. BASSMA delivers your music; the claim gives you the artist-facing tools — profile editing, images, and the store's own analytics.
Spotify for Artists
- Wait until at least one release is live on Spotify. You cannot claim an empty profile.
- Go to artists.spotify.com and request access.
- Paste your Spotify artist profile URL, which you can copy from the artist page in Roster.
- Spotify verifies the request, usually within a few days.
Apple Music for Artists
The process mirrors Spotify's: request access at artists.apple.com with your Apple Music artist URL. Apple typically responds within a week.
The blue check on Spotify comes with the claim, not with distribution. If your profile is unclaimed, no amount of re-delivering will add it.
