Setting a payout method
Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise and Payoneer.
Payout methods are set in Wallet. You can hold more than one, but each withdrawal goes to a single method.
Choosing a method
- Bank transfer — best for larger amounts. Needs your account details and, outside the local banking system, a SWIFT or IBAN.
- PayPal — fastest to set up. Watch the currency conversion, which is often the most expensive part.
- Wise — usually the best rate for cross-border payouts.
- Payoneer — widely used where local bank transfers are difficult.
Getting the name right
The account holder name must match the name on your BASSMA account. Banks reject transfers where the names differ, and a rejected transfer can take weeks to return.
BASSMA staff will never ask you for your payout details over email or chat, and never for a password or a 2FA code. Change payout details only inside the dashboard.
Withdrawing
Your available balance in Wallet is what has been reported and settled. Earnings still working through the reporting chain are not yet withdrawable, even though the streams have happened.
